1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Prime Sports' services, including our website and badminton court facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Court Booking Terms
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting us directly
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received
- Court availability is subject to confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
2.2 Booking Schedule
- Courts can be booked up to 30 days in advance
- Day slots: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Night slots: 9:30 PM to 5:00 AM
- Minimum booking duration: 1 hour
- Maximum booking duration: 3 hours per session
2.3 Pricing
- Individual players: ₹80 per person per hour
- Full court booking: ₹400 per hour
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- All prices include applicable taxes
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking
- All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateways
- Payment receipts will be provided via email or WhatsApp
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 No Refund Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made and booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Cancellations made by the customer
- No-shows or late arrivals
- Personal emergencies or schedule changes
- Weather conditions (as our courts are covered/indoor)
- Player injuries or health issues
- Dissatisfaction with facilities or services
4.2 Rescheduling Options
While no refunds are provided, we may offer rescheduling options in certain circumstances:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before the booked time slot
- Subject to court availability
- Rescheduling is at the sole discretion of Prime Sports management
- Only one rescheduling attempt is allowed per booking
4.3 Facility-Related Issues
In the rare event of facility closure or maintenance issues that prevent court usage:
- Prime Sports will offer rescheduling to another available slot
- If rescheduling is not possible, a credit for future use may be provided
- Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- No cash refunds will be provided even in facility-related issues
5. Facility Rules and Regulations
5.1 General Rules
- Players must arrive on time for their booked slot
- Late arrivals will not receive time extensions
- Non-marking sports shoes are mandatory on the court
- Proper sports attire is required
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited
5.2 Equipment and Safety
- Players are responsible for bringing their own rackets and shuttlecocks
- Basic equipment may be available for rent (subject to availability)
- Players participate at their own risk
- First aid facilities are available on-site
5.3 Conduct
- Respectful behavior towards staff and other players is expected
- Loud music or disruptive behavior is not permitted
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times
- Violation of rules may result in immediate termination of playing privileges
6. Liability and Insurance
- Prime Sports is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises
- Players participate in activities at their own risk
- We recommend players have their own health and accident insurance
- Prime Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.
8. Modifications to Terms
Prime Sports reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Force Majeure
Prime Sports shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

12. Severability
